Job summary

Koelsch Communities seeks an Active Living Coordinator for Jefferson House memory care in Kirkland, WA. This full-time role involves designing and delivering engaging resident activities, coordinating events, and enriching daily living through social and recreational programs.

You will work day shifts Tue–Sat, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with compensation at $20–$22 per hour depending on experience. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within Koelsch Communities.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in small and large groups
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and special events
• Partner with the Active Living Director, other Active Living Coordinators, and Caregivers for the Living Well program
• Perform other duties as assigned
