Koelsch Communities is seeking an enthusiastic Active Living Coordinator for Silver Creek Inn memory care on a part-time basis. The role involves designing and delivering entertainment, events, and activities that enrich residents' lives, with weekend shifts Fri–Sun, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM.

You will work with residents and families to assess interests, plan living well activities, and collaborate with the Living Well team.

Formación

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations

Responsabilidades

• Engage residents one-on-one and in small and large groups
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and special events
• Partner with the Active Living Director, other Active Living Coordinators, and Caregivers for our Living Well program
• Perform other duties as assigned
