Jefferson House in Kirkland, WA seeks a skilled CNA to join our Resident Services Department in memory care. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with shifts across the day and evening. Earn between $22 and $25/hour, depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Washington State.
• NARs, EAs, RAs, and/or HCAs require additional training and testing before earning the same rate as a CNA.
• Must be able to obtain CPR/First-Aid certification as required by policy and state rules.
• Must be drug-free and pass drug screening on hire and periodically.
• Must pass a criminal background check on hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation and activities while providing personal care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and coordinate care with licensed staff.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe resident rights and report changes or incidents to notify licensed personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
