Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager in Maryland to create purposeful moments for residents living with memory loss. You will develop Life Skills and lead activities tailored to individual interests and abilities.

You will organize groups, review resident profiles, and document participation while guiding team members and volunteers to deliver meaningful, resident-centered programming. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
