Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enrich life for residents in our Petals Memory Care Program. You will plan and run activities such as exercise classes, arts, cooking, and social events to help residents thrive and connect with others.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with very occasional weekends, and partner with care teams to deliver person-centered experiences. Join a team committed to thriving together.

Qualifications

• Love of seniors and passion for meaningful interactions.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive rapport with residents, team members, and families.
• Previous experience working with seniors and/or memory care preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute activities that help residents thrive; examples include exercise classes, arts, cooking, social events.
• Assist residents with activities of their choice, whether in groups or one-to-one engagements.
