Job summary

Bonaventure of Tigard is seeking a motivated Memory Care Coordinator/Resident Care Coordinator to guide residents and families through the memory care process, ensuring compassionate, compliant care and safety across the community.

You will hire and train care staff, supervise service plans, coordinate services, and lead by example while supporting a warm, respectful culture and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• State certifications and licenses required or obtainable.
• Experience supervising staff and providing training.
• Knowledge of state regulations and company policies.
• English language required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule care staff.
• Coordinate services via service plans.
• Update care plans; meet with residents and families.
• Provide hands-on training for medication aides and caregivers.
• Alert RN Consultant to changes in condition.
• Audit medication administration for accuracy.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly.
• Model leadership and professionalism to staff.
