Silverado is hiring Housekeepers to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in our memory care community. This role blends attention to detail with reliability and a heart for service.

You will perform housekeeping throughout the community, ensuring cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas, while supporting a safe environment for residents with memory impairments. No prior experience is required, though assisted living or hospitality background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
