Job summary

Koelsch Communities in Chandler, AZ seeks a dedicated housekeeper for memory care communities to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents.

Responsibilities include cleaning apartments and common areas, stocking supplies, and following safety and infection control procedures. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Starting pay is $18 per hour for full-time shifts, with possible referrals and meal provided during shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Prior housekeeping and/or laundry experience is a plus.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas in resident apartments and common areas.
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Use mop, broom, vacuum to clean floors and sanitize bathrooms.
• Perform full cycle laundry for residential and commercial needs.
• Discard trash, medical waste, and recycling.
• Move furniture and supplies as needed.
