Koelsch Communities is seeking a part-time housekeeping professional in Mesa, AZ to clean resident apartments, common areas, and support laundry duties. You will use mops, vacuums, and sanitizing routines to maintain a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include cleaning surfaces, stocking bathrooms, handling laundry cycles, and assisting with supply prep. English communication is required; prior housekeeping experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry is a plus.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening on hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check on hire and as required by state regulations.

Aufgaben

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas in apartments and common areas.
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Use mop, broom, vacuum to clean floors and sanitize bathrooms.
• Perform full laundry cycles for residential and commercial needs.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
