Silverado Escondido is a memory care leader actively hiring a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The role emphasizes reliability, compassion, and attention to detail within a supportive team.

The position is full-time with an AM shift (Friday–Monday) and offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized employer in aging services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Willing to work with residents with Alzheimer’s/dementia.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas
• Support a safe and dignified environment for residents with memory impairments
• No prior experience necessary - assisted living or hospitality experience a plus
