Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an Enrichment Leader in Lakeway to plan, organize and implement specialized activities for seniors with cognitive disabilities in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

The role requires an Associates Degree and at least 6 months of group activity leadership with special needs populations, with responsibilities including program delivery and documentation in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Associates Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months leading group activities with a special needs population.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and teaching small groups of cognitively impaired seniors in therapeutic Whole Brain Fitness programs.
• Preparing materials and conducting relevant research to confidently lead engaging memory enrichment activities
• Assisting with Cognitive Assessments, tracking and trending of resident participation and maintaining compliance related documentation
