LCB Senior Living is hiring Memory Care Engagement Assistants at The Residence at Salem Woods in Salem, NH. Roles include planning activities, maintaining resident relations, and supporting transportation needs. Part-time and full-time shifts available with competitive benefits.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and prior experience in recreational therapy or gerontology is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required, with lifting and mobility duties included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing and implementing residence activities.
• Suggest ideas to improve the Activities Program.
• Drive residents in van as needed and arrange transportation.
