Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Harcourt Terrace Nursing & Rehabilitation in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Memory Care Activity Assistant for full-time day shifts. You will design and lead engaging activities that enrich residents’ daily lives with warmth, patience, and genuine compassion.

You’ll collaborate with the care team to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being, manage activity prep, and adapt programs to individual abilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, families, and staff (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence).
• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• State-approved Nursing Assistant training or CNA competency evaluation required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead memory care activities to enrich residents' daily lives.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents' emotional and cognitive needs.
