Job summary

Monticello Healthcare in Indiana is seeking an Activity Assistant-Memory Care for part-time shifts. You will plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities to enrich residents' daily lives and foster their emotional and social well-being.

Working with a compassionate care team, you will adapt plans to residents' abilities, document participation and progress, and help maintain a joyful, supportive living environment for seniors in memory care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
• High school diploma or GED or related experience and/or training.
• Completion of State-approved Nursing Assistant training or CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities for residents.
• Provide a supportive, engaging presence to residents.
• Collaborate with care team to meet resident needs.
• Balance daily schedules and activity prep.
