The Arbor Company in Florida is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to create meaningful programs that enhance residents' health and spirit daily. You will coordinate engaging activities, connect with residents and families, and contribute to a warm, collaborative team environment.

Applicants should be passionate about seniors and healthcare, with prior experience in teaching, childcare, event planning, or caregiving. A Level 2 AHCA background check applies for Florida applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities department in an assisted living community is a plus.
• Passion for helping others and seniors.
• Interest in healthcare/assisted living career.
