Job summary

The Jasper of Mansfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Memory Care Director to lead Magnolia Trails programming and staff in Mansfield, Texas. This on-site role focuses on delivering high-quality memory care services and family education while coordinating resources and ensuring resident safety.

The Director will collaborate with teams to implement programming, manage staff, and uphold care standards across the memory care unit in a premier retirement community.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is maintained as required.
• Experience in memory care or assisted living settings is preferred.
• Strong communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure resident safety by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their families when necessary.
