Job summary

The Avalon of Bloomfield Township is seeking a hospitality-focused Director of Memory Care to lead the Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program and coordinate activities for residents. Responsibilities

• Lead memory care programming in line with Heartfelt Connections.
• Manage Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program including staff training.
• Assess resident activity needs and plan daily activities.
• Use training tools and manuals for program orientation.
• Utilize Playbook and Activities Recipe Book daily.
• Promote a whole-person wellness culture across eight dimensions.
• Provide educational opportunities for residents and staff on disease prevention.
