The Preserve at Palm Aire in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in keeping the community safe, attractive, and well maintained. This full-time role requires dependable attendance and communication with residents and staff.

Formación

• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have basic reporting and organizational skills.
• Must be capable of maintaining full-time attendance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
