Job summary

Wingate Residences at Haverhill is hiring a Memory Care Director/Community Relations to lead daily operations in the Memory Care neighborhood. The role coordinates programs, services and policies to ensure a therapeutic, engaging and safe environment for residents.

You will supervise staff and CNAs, oversee programming, and play a key role in marketing and sales for memory care apartments. Join a family-owned company with 30+ years in MA/RI.

• Experience in memory care and senior living operations.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Ability to coordinate programs and activities for residents.

JOB PURPOSE: The Memory Care Director/Community Relations will oversee the daily operations of the Memory Care neighborhood.
