Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Alzheimer's and dementia-related diseases; strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing programs for memory care residents and ensuring therapeutic activities.
• Lead activities suitable for memory-impaired residents and post monthly calendars.
• Provide outstanding resident and family service and communicate with the Memory Care Director.
• Coordinate with Resident Service Care team and attend Monthly All Associate meetings.
• Maintain program supplies and support dining, safety and comfort of residents.
