The role requires building strong family partnerships and coordinating with clinical teams to ensure personalized care plans.

Qualificações

• Three years of memory care experience, including management.
• Ability to handle complex behavior issues and educate families.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-directed with strong prioritization and ability to follow directives.

Highlights of the Memory Care DirectorPosition:

• Three (3) years of Memory Care experience, including management, handling complex behavior issues and educating families
• Proven success in management and leadership
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
