Zusammenfassung

Complete Care Management LLC is seeking a Memory Care Activities Assistant for a part-time 2nd shift position. Every other weekend is required to support our memory care residents with compassionate, quality care.

You will supervise nursing staff on shift, conduct rounds, provide staff and family education, and ensure compliance with care guidelines. Prior memory care or recreation experience is preferred, with a HS diploma required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing clinical staff and coordinating with residents' families.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Previous long term care experience is required.
• Memory Care or Recreations experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift, monitor medications, blood draws, and patient care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident families.
• Ensure staff follow local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Handle other duties as assigned by Administration.

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Administration
