Qualifications

• Memory care experience including management and handling complex behavior issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Memory Care program and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents.
• Mentor and support Memory Care team members.
• Collaborate with families and campus leadership to optimize resident well-being.
• Oversee program operations and ensure compliance with care standards.

Highlights of the Memory Care Director Position:

• Three (3) years of Memory Care experience, including management, handling complex behavior issues and educating families
• Proven success in management and leadership
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
