Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook, Reflections Memory Care, and Villas of South Park seek a Dietary Aide to support dining services in Streator, IL. This part-time role offers 24–29 hours weekly with a pay range of $15.00 to $17.50 per hour.

Weekend availability is required. You will set and clear tables, assist the cook, take residents' orders, and serve meals in a friendly, restaurant-style dining environment while maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or Company standards.
• Weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Setting and clearing tables, assisting the cook, taking residents' food and beverage orders and serving residents in a timely professional manner.
• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables in accordance with Company standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents.
• Adhere to Quality standards and standard food safety practices.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• When applicable acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and dining options and hours.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among all staff.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
