River Grove Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and creative Memory Coordinator to lead engaging, person-centered activities for residents in our Memory Care Unit. The ideal candidate has a background as an Activities Director, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, or in social work, along with experience working with individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. In this role, you'll create meaningful experiences that promote cognitive stimulation, emotional well-being, and social connection while collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to foster a warm, supportive, and home-like environment where every resident feels valued, engaged, and empowered.
