Sun City West Village Assisted Living is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to oversee the Memory Care neighborhood resident services, engagement, and non-clinical health supports.

The role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing development, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, education reimbursement, and advancement opportunities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• The Memory Care Coordinator oversees the overall implementation, delivery and coordination of the Connections Memory Care neighborhood resident services, including engagement and supports the MCD/HWD in non-clinical health services.
• Coordinates engagement aspects of life for Memory Care residents including participating in the development of personalized plan or program for successful aging in community.
• Ensures residents satisfaction and achievement of their realistic goals. Motivates residents to function at highest level of independence.

Job description

STARTING WAGE: 35K to 45K

SHIFT: Tuesday - Saturday - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
