Silverado San Juan Capistrano is a memory care innovator delivering compassionate care to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and related conditions. The role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

Anticipated pay range is $21–$24 USD per hour. Eligible employees receive benefits such as 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, PTO, tuition reimbursement, referral programs, and more.

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
