Job summary

Silverado Escondido is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. This part-time AM shift role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments daily.

You will lead with heart, patience, and integrity, ensuring dignified, joyful living for residents while collaborating with a dedicated team in a memory care environment. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• English communication skills required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
