Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks a Memory Care Assistant to provide companionship and assist residents with daily living activities in a memory care neighborhood. The role emphasizes dignity, empathy, and team collaboration in a compassionate care environment.

The ideal candidate offers experience with dementia care, reliable English communication, and basic computer skills. A CNA/CHHA license may be required depending on state regulations and job needs.

Competenze

• Experience with seniors with dementia preferred.
• English proficiency adequate for duties and emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required by state.
• Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Mansioni

• Provide kind, caring companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Serve meals, assist with memory care laundry and basic housekeeping.
• Respond to resident/family/employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with residents and staff.
