Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current state certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide is a plus.
• Positive attitude and love working with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' care needs and coordinate with Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
