Qualifications

• Demonstrates a positive attitude and loves working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and caregiving skills with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor residents' day-to-day changes and update their Personal Resident Care Plan with the Nurse.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
