Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents with memory loss and assistance with ADLs.
• Support residents to socialize and participate in activities for well-being.
• Assist with meals, personal hygiene, grooming, and daily routines.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive environment.
