Job summary

Ultipro is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for memory care. The role provides direct resident care, adheres to facility policies, and supports PRIDE values. Responsibilities include personal care, monitoring vitals, documenting care, and assisting with meals and activities as needed.

This position requires MO/KS CNA certification as applicable, CPR preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Expect indoor environment exposure and potential cross-department support tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write simple sentences and basic documentation.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one or small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care to residents, assisting with ADLs.
• Records temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures; logs weights.
• Keeps residents clean, dry and comfortable.
• Reports information to supervising nurse or manager promptly.
• Completes required nursing care documentation and charting accurately.
• May perform custodial, housekeeping, food service duties and wheelchair escort if needed.
• Assists residents with eating when necessary.
• Participates in care planning and case conferences.
