The Shores, a UMC community in Ocean City, NJ, is hiring Memory Care CNA/CMA part-time positions. Compensation ranges from $23 to $25.55 per hour based on experience, with night shift options available.

Responsibilities include administering medications under RN supervision, monitoring resident responses, documenting care, and assisting with daily activities. NJ CNA and Medication Aide certifications, CPR, and dementia care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required).
• Current NJDOHSS-approved Medication Aide certification (required).
• CPR certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely under RN supervision, following regulations and policy guidelines
• Monitor, support, and document resident responses to medications
• Communicate with residents, staff, family members, addressing and elevating questions and concerns promptly
• Assist with daily care needs
