Job summary

The Shores at Ocean City, part of United Methodist Communities, is seeking a CNA for Assisted Living in Ocean City, NJ. You will assist residents with daily activities, follow individualized care plans, and contribute to a caring, team-based environment.

Shifts offer 11a-7p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a with a competitive hourly wage of $21.50–$24.25 plus shift differentials. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active New Jersey CNA certification.
• Experience in a long-term care setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene.
• Follow each resident's individual care plan and document care accurately.
• Check in on residents throughout your shift for consistent, personalized support.
• Assist residents at mealtimes and with mobility equipment.
• Build real relationships with residents and work as part of a care team.
