Silverado in St. Charles, IL, a memory care innovator, is hiring compassionate caregivers for part-time AM shifts on weekends. You’ll support residents with Alzheimer’s and memory impairments, building trust and delivering dignified, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
