Arrow Senior Living in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Part-Time Memory Care Support Partner to support residents in a home-like setting. Shifts are 6:00am–2:00pm, Week 1 Mon, Sat, Sun and Week 2 Thu, Fri.

You will advocate with empathy, observe residents, document changes, assist with daily routines, and help orient new team members. Requirements include 18+, HS diploma, English literacy, and ability to lift up to 50 lb.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to identify interests and needs and create engagement plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and condition changes.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
• Support daily life activities and guide residents through routines.
