In this role you will help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily routines, while adhering to state regulations and Brookdale policies.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Arizona.
• Excellent communication and empathy with residents.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with housekeeping tasks including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes as needed.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation and provide attentive care while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Complete required training/certification per state regulations.
