Silverado Lee's Summit is hiring PRN Caregivers to support residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. As a memory care innovator, Silverado provides competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities in a caring culture.

You’ll deliver hands-on daily living assistance, build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and maintain accurate care records in a safe, engaging environment. English fluency and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with memory impairments is preferred.
• Reliable transportation for attendance and punctuality.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
