Senior Resource Group is hiring a Caregiver to work in our Memory Care Community in Austin. You will assist residents with daily living activities under the health services team, ensuring genuine hospitality and a high standard of care.

The role requires CNA experience or caregiver background, plus First Aid/CPR and strong communication skills. You will help with meals, housekeeping, and activities while maintaining safety and confidentiality in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• C.N.A. or caregiver experience preferred.
• First Aid / CPR certification required.
• Good communication skills and ability to promote teamwork.
• Basic reading and writing; ability to speak English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Respond promptly to alarms and requests from residents.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control policies.
• Attend training and team meetings; participate in program activities.
