Job summary

Ivy Living is seeking a Care Provider for Memory Care and Assisted Living in California. The role offers all shifts and days with a pay range of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. The Care Provider will assist residents with ADLs and daily care to promote independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include responding to needs promptly, ensuring safety and dignity, and communicating changes to supervisors. Training is provided; health and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• Vaccination/testing and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report observed changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation with coworkers.
