Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate invites you to walk-in interviews every Monday from 10am to 12pm for a Full-Time Caregiver position. Join our Assisted Living and Memory Care community and provide hands-on care to seniors, helping with daily activities and promoting comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We offer a full-time evening schedule 2:30pm-10:45pm with rotating weekends and holidays, pay $19-20/hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of applicable post-offer pre-employment screenings, which may include a job-related background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing, consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report any observed changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction.
