Job summary

Belmont Village San Ramon is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on care to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role emphasizes hospitality, empathy, reliability, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, promoting socialization, documenting care, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting residents with hygiene and incontinence care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear English communication (verbal and written).
• Experience as primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Attendance must be consistent and reliable.
• Post-offer screenings may include background check, drug screen, TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and promptly report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
