Job summary

Belmont Village is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily activities, and build meaningful relationships to enhance wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Team oriented and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Experience as a caregiver or related healthcare setting is valued.
• Must be able to use company-provided electronic devices for job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care; report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
