Belmont Village San Ramon is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on care for seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and a strong hospitality mindset to help residents thrive.

Ideal candidates bring caregiving experience and clear English communication, with a high school diploma or equivalent. A team-oriented attitude and dependable attendance are essential for daily operations and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction top priorities in interactions.
