Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC in Eugene, Oregon is seeking compassionate, full-time Memory Care caregivers to support residents with memory loss and daily routines. You’ll provide warmth, companionship, and patient assistance while following individualized service plans and collaborating with supervisors on resident needs.

Experience is preferred but training is provided. Starting wage is generous for this role, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test.
• Love for seniors and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Memory Care requires that extra special person to care for residents with memory loss: are you that person?
• Support residents with their daily routines as indicated in their service plans, which can include helping them bathe, dress, or personal grooming.
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support our residents.
• Collaborate in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
• Answer pages and call lights
