Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Encinitas, CA. You will work as part of a care team to assist residents with daily activities and foster comfort, wellbeing, and a high quality of life.

Experience as a caregiver or related role is valued; a CNA license is not required. Walk-in interviews are offered weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Experience as a caregiver or DSP, CNA, or related role is valued.
• No CNA license required.
• Ability to use company-provided devices (tablets, laptops, phones).
• Reliable attendance is essential and pre-employment screenings may apply.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Encourage socialization and participation in community activities while ensuring safety.
• Document and maintain accurate daily care records and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
