Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in San Jose, CA is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You’ll work as part of a collaborative care team, assisting with daily activities and building relationships that enhance comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices for job tasks.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
• Post-offer pre-employment screenings may include background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living for assigned seniors.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities.
• Document and maintain accurate records and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, and cleanliness.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
