You lead with heart and integrity, staying dependable and eager to learn while helping residents live with dignity and joy. This role centers on compassionate daily care and relationship building.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with memory issues preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Physical ability to assist residents (lift up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and teammates.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
