In this role you’ll deliver compassionate daily living assistance, build relationships with residents and families, document changes for the nursing team, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory-related care preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active mobility: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, and more).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
